We recently hosted our wedding at the DoubleTree by Hilton with 230 guests, and I can honestly say it was perfect from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to make sure every detail was handled flawlessly — from the planning process to the very last dance. The venue was stunning, spacious, and beautifully set up. The food was incredible and received so many compliments from our guests. The service was professional, friendly, and genuinely caring — we felt completely supported throughout the day. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our wedding day everything we dreamed of and more. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend for any large event or wedding — they truly know how to deliver!
We had our wedding reception at the DoubleTree Hotel in Niagara Falls and everything was perfect! Melissa and Rhea were so kind and helpful through the entire process. I highly recommend going to the food tasting event they hold at the beginning of the year, it gave us such great insight into the options for food and decor as well as the overall vibe of the event space. The food was great, space was great, at a good price. Our event was on the smaller side, about 60 people, and they made sure we had enough space for us and all of our guests and a dance floor by combining two rooms for us at no extra cost without us even asking. They have a bigger event room for any bigger events. I would recommend their services and would use them again.
We couldn’t have asked for more!! Our coordinators, Melissa and Rhea, were phenomenal!! They were incredibly understanding and accommodating and we could tell how much it meant to them to make our day so special. The decor, ambiance, and food were amazing and at a great price. We couldn’t recommend this venue more!
